We have been using Janet and Priority Pets Plus to care for our animals while we are away for years now. I could not recommend her more highly. In fact, I think we would reschedule a trip if she was not available for some reason. She really cares about our animals- and it shows! Once while we were in Florida, my husband was hospitalized and we had to call on her for a lot of extra help. She was very accommodating. Another time, while we were away, one of our smoke detectors lost battery power. The beeping was driving one of the dogs crazy so Janet hunted down the smoke detector and changed the battery to calm the dog. She certainly didn't have to do that. She just loves animals and cares about their well being. Another time we had to call her out to the house in the early morning because we had a false alarm going off. She worked with us and the alarm company to get the matter resolved. Thanks goodness- because that amount (not to mention volume) of beeping would really have driven our dogs nuts!! We have two high energy Shetland sheepdogs and an elderly cat. All three of them LOVE her. She is careful to devote love and attention to each. In short, you could search and search but you will not find a more reliable, dedicated, caring pet sitter.

Janet does an excellent job taking care of our pets and house while we are away. She is always reliable and I never have an issue making an appointment. She always leaves detailed notes and makes sure the mail and paper are picked up. I never worry when I am out of town.

Janet took excellent care of my horse while we were away for a few days, plus she called to update me on Lady's eyes which were a concern before we went out ot town. THe daily report I recieved on our return was great! My horse enjoyed special attention from Janet and I will be using her services again for Lady and our dogs. I highly recommend Priority Pets Plus for pet care.

I feel very fortunate to have someone like Janet that I can depend on. I don't worry about Spokes for a minute while I'm gone. She's gotten to know many of our neighborhood friends on her walks, and they all report what a good time Sopokes has with her. She is very flexible and accommodating. Priority Pets Plus has given us great peace of mind when we are out of town. It is a good feeling to be able to leave in the morning knowing that Janet will be here in the middle of the day to walk Gracie and spend some quality time with her. What a relief to not worry about Gracie having to hold it all day.

We feel extremely fortunate to have Priority pets Plus available to care for Holly at a moments notice or our long term plans to be away. When I have Priority Pets Plus come to my home, I feel as if i have never left. My two Goldens are loved, rubbed and played with so much, they don't really seen to know that I am gone. Prior to moving to Charlotte, we were very happy with our dogwalker, and nervous about how the dogs would respond to a new environment and a new afternoon friend. Janet has wuickly won them over, and the dogs are always in great spirits (and a little tired) when we get home from work. We've also used her for overnight stays when we travel out of town.
